"Realize that there are no ordinary moments in life. Don't wait for moments. Live in them." Tan Tran

Do you follow a daily fitness regime? Yes. I will usually focus on flexibility on a daily basis. I will also weight and cardio train several times per week. I also find that foam rolling daily is really helpful in my overall fitness health and injury prevention.

What is your favorite part of being the team chiropractor for The Tampa Bay Buccaneers?

Being part of the overall integrated medical team and management is my favorite part. I am able to collaborate with the Head Athletic trainer, physical therapists, massage therapists and physicians to integrate my expertise in human biomechanics to not only treat the players but to optimize their performance. It is rewarding when one of the players tell me that they can "explode off the line" or "turn their hips better in coverage."

With traveling, what advice would you give to help support healthy living when away from home?

My advice would be to base your general fitness routine on a low tech approach. If your routine is based on a certain type of equipment, you may not have access to that equipment if you are a frequent traveler. This is why our clinics educate our patients on basic yoga principles in their overall wellness.

Do you have a favorite cheat meal?

Yes, Pizza

What is next for you?

We are extremely excited to relaunch our Stem Cell Therapy program in the coming weeks. We have sourced the highest quality Umbilical Cord Cells to stimulate regeneration within your body. The newest advancements in Umbilical Cord Stem Cell Therapy are directed towards creating a healthy environment in your joints, repair sources of pain and immediately begins reducing the damaging inflammatory components (tumor necrosis factor-alpha, interferon-gamma, etc.)

Do you suggest any particular activity people should incorporate into their daily lifestyle?

I think one of the most important aspects of health that doesn't get enough attention is mental/spiritual health. Finding and maintaining balance mentally, psychologically and spiritually is critical in one's overall wellness.
